first real post.
after spending a ridiculous amount of time pretty-fying my blog.
AAAAAAND reblogging random pictures while trying to find other weight loss blogs to follow as daily inspiration. hah.

so. this is just for myself to keep up with my goals/daily activities/weight-loss.
sadly i currently do not own a scale, so my current weight isn’t going to change until i come across one. which probably won’t be for another two-three weeks, at least. sooo hopefully my daily routine will surprise the hell out of me when i do finally step on a scale. also, as a side-note to myself, the last time i was weighed was at the doctor’s office back in november. SO, i could possibly be less than 210lbs, but i won’t know until i weigh myself in the future. ツ

so far today i’ve done a lot.
oatmeal for breakfast with coffee and kool-aid.
started out with some stretches. (15 minutes)
followed by roughly forty-five minutes of basic yoga.
did fifty crunches followed by twenty-five push-ups (girl style) and 20 squats.
started the bodyrock.tv’s ‘no excuses 30 day challenge’ with a fitness test.

  • fitness test results (done with 50second timer, 10second breaks in between)
  • squat jumps - 15
  • push-ups - 27
  • burpees - 0 (i really gotta learn how to do these!)
  • high knees - 36
  • lunges (alternating between left and right) - 19
  • tuck jumps - 2 (serious issue with little to no jumping room, gotta fix that)
  • strictly abs (crunches) - 31

and finally finished out my morning work out with fifteen minutes of yoga to wind down.

overall i think this morning went well.
and depending on the weather and whether or not Ant wants to go with me, i’ll be walking two miles this afternoon. followed by even more yoga. (totally digging the way yoga makes me feel. even if i’m still stuck in the basics. :p)

guess it’s on to the sifting around in tumblr land now!
